🎭MasterPeace-of-Mind™ First Round Two-Minute Wrap-Up!
Dear MasterPeace Participant and Replayer,
I truly appreciate the feedback I've received so far as you participate! 🙏
🎭Please be aware I will be sending you a request for a positive testimonial of your experience working with me at the vulnerable levels (if you found your time was well invested, of course!) in return for your complimentary seat in this beta series.
🎭While there is no pressure to submit a testimonial, I would thoroughly appreciate it!
🎭Since feedback has so far been primarily focused on things like lighting, sound, typos, and simplifying graphics, I want to clarify at this stage what would be most helpful is submitting a testimonial of your inner experience engaging in this process.
🎭You don't have to have completed the rehearsal phase tomorrow or into the weeks ahead (should you decide to continue participating) for your testimonial to be valuable!
For example, you may recall Tom's emotionally vulnerable moment in a breakout way back in one of our sessions.
He provided a testimonial of that moment to say:
"I haven't connected with that side of myself in a long time."
More progressively, Tom decided to take action and share that private vulnerable moment publicly (I will be posting it to my social media sites) to overcome his fear of being seen as one of the struggles he's processing and releasing in the MP program.
I say BRAVO on behalf of all of us, Tom, for sharing and moving through your fear of being seen!
As we've journeyed, showing up with courage is one way to ignite peace of mind and confidence moving forward. And we should never underestimate the power of this ensemble share experience.
Sometimes vulnerability shows up as those times we get choked up.
Other times, vulnerability and courage come through sharing an embarrassing story (check out François's story in session V!).
The problem is that many of us fear judgment and so hold tight to a protective style of thinking and operating in the world. Afraid to take chances for fear of looking foolish and, worse, having others discover it and maybe even reject us!
As Sarah Robb O'Hagan, author, Extreme You says, it doesn't matter how rich or successful you are. In her work with the highest paid, most famous celebrities and athletes, she's never met one who doesn't struggle with imposter syndrome and fear of embarrassment."
It's not a peace of mind lifestyle when we consciously withhold opportunities from ourselves because of those fears. And so, we must continue to rise in skill and soul connection to overcome as seasons of fear appear.
When we're brave to share, we release self-conscious energy, treat ourselves with grace rather than harsh criticism, and more joyfully laugh at ourselves.
Sharing our vulnerable selves can work to ignite more inner peace to keep doing courageous things, even if it means looking silly!
Peace of mind and healthy perseverance can't emerge and evolve if all we can do is improve at making a tidy plan or strategy for life.
Build Skills While You Feed Your Soul
MasterPeace-of-Mind does not end with a vulnerable exercise to show up. Vulnerability for us is the muscle we are exercising and expressing. Communication, courage, and confidence are the mastery skills we are igniting and activating!
So, at the soul level, while closing your eyes and thinking back on what you've experienced so far as a 🎭MasterPeace-of-Mind™ participant, how does it make you FEEL?
At the skills level, when it comes to communication, courage, and confidence, which one would you say grew either in regular sessions or breakout in🎭MasterPeace-of-Mind™?
What moments stand out for you in 🎭MasterPeace-of-Mind™ experience that could be used for a testimonial?
I can't wait to hear!
Your Coach,
Amy
