 Meet my second husband, Sean, and me in this impromptu morning coffee talk about the day I almost got arrested by the FBI. How he handled the situation as an objective outsider, and how I managed my internal fear and stress unfolding (from freezing up with calm to needing to intentionally slow down my breathing through anxiety as I felt myself unraveling).

Sean will be appearing in one of our LIVE sessions (and I'll enter into a vulnerable choice to share the story about the day I almost got arrested by the FBI--something I've never shared, except with a few trusted friends!)

 We aren't obligated to share every story in life with others! AND have you noticed we stand to remain constricted in peace of mind when harnessed by fear of judgment or shame around stories? 

We can stand to rise in healthy vulnerability to share our stories when we are strong in our authentic standing around what we've been through. When that happens, we blow the doors wide open in peace of mind to banish the fear of judgment and shame we're carrying. It is why we are developing stronger links to our authentic inner character throughout this process, at this season or stage of struggle you're in.

Peace of mind mastery is an uncommon skill, and you are in the fortunate uncommon territory to learn and apply that skill to many areas and situations in life! For example, imagine the choice of curiosity replacing the impulsive reaction to criticize others' lifestyles or behaviors (those annoying family members?). How might that change how your mental or emotional energy flows and your interactions take shape?

As we move through our creative-unfolding MasterPeace-of-Mind™ Program, on our way to the mental, emotional, and physical rehearsal phase for life's upsets and tough conversations (among other topics) we may be afraid to face; I want to deliver bonus conversations between my husband and me! 

Believe it or not, this is how our morning coffee chats go! Our discussions feel rich and often linked to our life's work in the world and the excitement we carry for that which we are passionate about outside of our marriage. I sometimes hit the record button to draw inspiration from how our conversations unfold. These chats I share with you tie into our work in MasterPeace-of-Mind™ Program. 

Summary of Content

Sometimes what others think of us can work to tear us down. At other times, we may need to fight to defend ourselves so we can maintain authentic standing of who we are and our values. 

Eventually, no matter how unbelievably unfair a situation seems at the time when we work to understand and move out of instinctual stress response into deliberate managing the post-energies of unraveling anxieties, we can help ourselves 'collapse' more gracefully. 

One of our inspirational artistic principles to help us master peace of mind through stressful situation is the principle of CONTRAST. In art, it is used to create a sense of unease and peace.

CONTRAST applied to our Program is about the uneasy forms of stress and the style of peace we can generate through instinct or choice.

In these stories we share, you will see how this principle of CONTRAST unfolds and how our RHYTHM OF STRESS response plays out.
